When you Google anything to do with babies it can quickly get overwhelming and confusing, with contradictory advice as well as clever advertising that is really good at persuading us of things we need to buy (often at 3am!).
Social media is a bit of a minefield too, especially when it comes to infant sleep. Just because someone has a big following or has declared themselves an expert it does not mean they are giving good, or even safe, advice.
Well step away from Google (and Amazon!). We have sifted through the myths, misinformation and marketing BS and pulled together a whole range of reliable evidence-based, non-commercial resources for you. Have a browse through our handy "Padlet" for links to websites, articles, books, podcasts, videos, apps, and support organisations.
